ASME Plagiarism Screening (iThenticate)

ASME supports and promotes ethics in publishing. To this end, ASME is committed to deterring and actively addressing plagiarism and self-plagiarism. ASME screens all conference and journal paper submissions using Crossref’s Similarity Check Powered by iThenticate software to detect instances of overlapping and similar text in submitted manuscripts. ASME is a member of Crossref.

Similarity Check Powered by iThenticate, is a multi-publisher initiative to screen published and submitted content for originality. Wherever you see the Crossref Similarity Check logo, you can be reassured that the publisher whose content you are reading is committed to actively combating plagiarism and publishing original research.
